🌊HAPPY WORLD OCEAN DAY🌊

If you've been following a while, you know I love a dip. In the ocean, in a river or in a lake! Give me some cold water and I'll take the plunge! 

This World Ocean Day, I want to focus on some simple things we can do to he
"I can do hard things". Five words I've said to myself SO many times on my training journey (mainly when facing huge hills on the bike!) 

I'm still getting over what I was able to do mentally and physically at the @113events triathlon on S
A view down our lane which always makes me smile.... especially when filled with a flock of noisy sheep!
Beach time with best friends, imaginary candles, dolphins, seals, cider and waves dips. A birthday very well spend.
