Bespoke items: We are very proud of our bespoke products and want to provide a personalised service for our customers. If you'd like to personalise your gift simply place your order and let us know the details you'd like added at the checkout. If you're ordering multiple items please confirm which items you'd like the name/letters/ messages on.
Please note that orders will be created exactly as you tell us so please double check your spelling and message before contacting us.
The beauty of being an independent business is that we can easily respond to specific requests from customers, so if you'd like a bespoke item simply drop us a line and we can discuss your requirements.
Gift wrap service: We're very happy to offer a gift wrap service, making it easy for you to send gifts and a hand written note directly to a lucky recipient, To do this simply add 'gift wrap' to your order and let us know the details when you check out. Don't worry, we don't include paper invoices in with gift parcels.
Disclaimer: We take care to ensure that all images and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. Please note that vests are individually hand printed so there may be variations in print and lettering from those shown in photos. Care instructions for all clothing are provided with each garment.
Payment: You can order online and pay through the website using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to do this, a normal credit/ debit card is also fine. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide us with are correct and that you are the authorised user of the method of payment used. We do not have access to your credit card information nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Cancelling an order: If you change your mind about your order and would like to cancel it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving them (sometimes on the same day, depending on when it's placed). If you receive an email to notify that your goods have been dispatched before you let us know you wish to cancel, you will need to wait to receive your goods and follow our returns procedure (below).
Returns & Refunds: We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if something is not up to scratch or you just change your mind please get in touch so we can sort it for you.
To return or exchange an item please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we will email you with return address details. Please return items within 14 days of our 'returns email' unused and in their original condition and packaging. Providing these terms are met, you will be eligible to receive a full refund or replacement.We regret that we cannot cover the cost of return postage or replacement item postage, unless an item is faulty.
If the item is faulty and you have returned it (as above) we will replace the exact item (subject to availability) with no additional postage costs or, if you wish, provide a full refund including the cost of your return postage. Please note that general use of products and 'wear and tear' through long term wear or use is not considered to be faulty.
We can only replace or refund items once they are returned to us and cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items whilst in transit. We therefore advise using a tracking service or obtaining proof of postage.
We regret that due to their individual nature we cannot offer refunds on bespoke items unless they are faulty.
Privacy: We will not share your details with any third parties. We may contact you directly about your order. If you have made a purchase from our shop and subscribe to our newsletter, we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via email.
